It is a rate you can choose when you make your booking.

It is cancellable until 24 hours before your arrival (check-in: 3PM).

Once this delay expired and in case of late cancellation, the amount of the first night will be debited.

This is the reason why we make a pre-authorization of the amount of the first night on your credit card.
