A reservation is considered as a group reservation from 3 reserved rooms. 50% is payable at the time of booking and non-refundable, 50% one month before arrival and non-refundable. If the booking is scheduled in less than a month, 100% is payable on booking and non-refundable.
It is a rate you can choose when you make your booking. It is cancellable until 24 hours before your arrival (check-in: 3PM). Once this delay expired and in case of late cancellation, the amount of the first night will be debited. It is a non refundable you can chose when you make your booking. It is a rate which is non cancelable, non exchangeable and non refundable whatever the reason of the cancellation. The total of the amount of the stay is debited once the booking received at the hotel.
